Look for the Recognise button at the top of the homepage, this will have a heart icon next to it.
From here, a window will pop up with a selection of recognition cards as below:
Please follow the below instructions to create your recognition:
Choose a Card or Upload an Image:
You can select one of our available cards or opt to upload your own image. Once you’ve made your choice, the pop-up will refresh to a new screen.
Select Your Recipient:
Start typing the name of the colleague you want to recognise (or their colleague number if known), and the system will suggest matching colleagues. Simply select the correct name from the list using the '+' button to the right of the name. You also have the option to recognise a group or department by selecting 'groups' instead of 'individuals'.
Add a Message:
After selecting who you’d like to recognise, you can include a public message explaining why you’re sending the recognition.Choose Which Groups to Share With:
Decide which groups you want to share the recognition with — this could be your immediate team, or you can share it more widely across the organisation.Optional Private Message:
You’ll also have the option to include a private message, which will only be visible to the recipient(s). This allows you to add a more personal touch to your recognition.
Please note: The recognition will be visible to all colleagues who are part of the groups you’ve shared it with.
