Look for the Recognise button at the top of the homepage, this will have a heart icon next to it. 

From here, a window will pop up with a selection of recognition cards as below:

Please follow the below instructions to create your recognition:

  1. Choose a Card or Upload an Image:
    You can select one of our available cards or opt to upload your own image. Once you’ve made your choice, the pop-up will refresh to a new screen.

  2. Select Your Colleague:
    Start typing the name of the colleague you want to recognise, and the system will suggest matching colleagues. Simply select the correct name from the list using the '+' button to the right of the name. You also have the option to recognise a group or department by selecting 'groups' instead of 'individuals'.

  3. Add a Message:
    After selecting who you’d like to recognise, you can include a public message explaining why you’re sending the recognition.

  4. Choose Which Groups to Share With:
    Decide which groups you want to share the recognition with — this could be your immediate team, or you can share it more widely across the organisation.

  5. Optional Private Message:
    You’ll also have the option to include a private message, which will only be visible to the recipient(s). This allows you to add a more personal touch to your recognition.


  1. Please note: The recognition will be visible to all colleagues who are part of the groups you’ve shared it with.
