- A 'Recognition' is an e-card which, you can send to anyone or receive from anyone.
- Recognitions are a way to show your appreciation for someone within the company, to brighten up their day or just to show them how awesome they are.
- To use the recognition can vary, it can either be a congratulation for job well done, recognition for someone doing a great job, saying thanks or highlighting any major milestones.
- Star Cards will appear as an image and message on the social timeline.
- If you feel like someone is going above and beyond or just gives their 100% be sure to let them know in a recognition.
