Removing, adding or transferring colleagues from COCO is handled by people care. They provide us with the necessary staff account details via the staff feed. 

If you need assistants with this, we suggest you contact 0800 031 8823, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday or email retailpeoplecareuk@bp.com, who can assist you with the account status, as we are unable to take any action until we receive these details.
