2 Step Verification (2SV) is a rotating 6 digit code that is used in addition to your standard Asda login. The code can be provided via text, phone call, or an app.
If you have not set up 2 Step Verification, you will be prompted with the below screen when logging into Asda Stars.
- Hourly colleagues you will need 2 Step Verification setup first to access WalmartOne, if you don’t have this setup please speak to your line manager who will be able to help you with this
- Salaried colleagues you can setup your 2 Step Verification while logged onto an Asda pc/laptop following these instructions. If you are unable to gain access to an Asda pc/laptop you need to contact the Asda Technology team on 0113 826 1262, Option 2, to get your login/WalmartOne password reset
