How do I login?

To login to the site simply click "log in with your work account", that's what's known as single sign-on or SSO. You'll then get redirected to an Identity Provider/Microsoft-Online to input your credentials. Once they've confirmed your credentials, you'll automatically be redirected back to our site and logged into your account.

Single Sign-On (SSO) is a handy way to access various websites or apps without having to remember different usernames and passwords for each one. It's like having a master key that opens multiple doors.

Normally, when you use different websites or apps, you need to create an account with a unique username and password for each. Remembering all these different credentials can be overwhelming. SSO simplifies this process.

With SSO, you only have to remember one set of login credentials. When you want to log in to a website or app that supports SSO, instead of entering your username and password there, you're redirected to a central system known as an Identity Provider (IdP).

The Identity Provider functions like a security guard, checking your credentials to confirm your identity. Once your identity is verified by the Identity Provider, you're sent back to the site and logged in automatically.

If you encounter any problems with SSO, please take a screenshot of the error message shown, along with the time when the login was attempted. A member of our support team will then guide you on who your Identity Provider is and whom to contact if your credentials need to be changed.
