To login on your phone or mobile device, you will need to ensure 2 step verification has been set up. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you with 2-step verification. However, the Asda Technology team should be able to provide you with the necessary support. You can reach them by calling 0113 826 1262 and selecting Option 2.


Alternatively, if you have access to an Asda computer at work, you may be able to update your 2-step verification from there
