How do I Register an Installation?

To earn points, simply register your installation in the ‘My Installations’ tab at the top left of the Mira InstallerPRO website:

  • Your previous installations will be listed on this page. If you then choose 'add' installation' you will be given the opportunity to add the details of your installation
  • Next you will need to add the address where you installed the Mira product. You can start typing the address in the search box to find suggestions, if you can see the correct location you can click to confirm. 'Update and continue' to submit the address
  • The next page will give you the option to choose whether the customer has provided you with permission to share their details. You can either tick the box and enter their details to register your customers warranty, or 'skip for now'
  • To identify the product installation you’re registering, you’ll need to enter either the product name, product code, or the product SKU number (all details can be found on the sticker on the product packaging).
  • A valid proof of purchase must also be provided – this can be a receipt or a paid invoice from the same supplier recorded on the installation registration. Simply take a photo of the document and upload it to the InstallerPRO website.
  • You can do this using smartphone, tablet or computer
  • Please note any items which have been installed which are eligible for credits will be automatically added to your wallet within two working days
