How do I Register an Installation?

Registering your installation is easy and ensures you receive the appropriate credit for your work. Just follow these simple steps: 

  1. Log in to Mira InstallerPRO
    Go to the Mira InstallerPRO website and log into your account. Then, click the ‘Installations’ tab located in the top left of the screen.

  2. Add a New Installation
    On the ‘Installations’ page, click the ‘New Installation’ button. This will open a form for entering your installation details.

  3. Enter the Installation Address
    Begin typing the installation address in the search box. Matching addresses will appear in the dropdown – simply click the correct one to confirm. Then click ‘Save and Continue’.

  4. Customer Permission (Optional)
    If your customer has given permission to share their details, tick the checkbox and enter their information to register their product warranty. If you don’t have permission, click ‘Skip for Now’.

  5. Enter Product Details
    Identify the Mira product installed by entering the product name, code, or SKU number. You can find these details on the product packaging sticker.

  6. Upload Proof of Purchase
    Upload a valid proof of purchase (receipt or paid invoice) from the same supplier listed on the registration form. Simply take a clear photo of the document and upload it from your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

  7. Earn Points Automatically
    Once registered, any product eligible for credits will be added to your InstallerPRO wallet within two working days.
