Using Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

For your security, this system uses Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) when you log in with a username and password.

How 2FA Works

  1. Log in using your username and password.
  2. You will be asked for a verification code.
    • Authenticator app: If you have set this up, enter the code from your authenticator app (such as Microsoft Authenticator).
    • Email code: If enabled by your company, you will receive a code by email to finish logging in.

Setting Up The Authenticator App

  • If you haven’t set up an authenticator app yet, go to the menu (top right) and select Set Up Authenticator App under 'Account & settings'.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your app and get your code.
