If you are an approver of star points on AsdaStars.com we are adding in additional reminders to assist you with points approvals.
If you do not approve or reject star point requests within 7 days of receiving the original email, you will receive an automated reminder.
You will then receive them at 14 and 28 days – and 45 days explaining there is 5 days left to approve.
Any outstanding nominations will be automatically rejected on the 51st day after submission.
It is important you manage your approvals timely, so colleagues are recognised in the moment.
