On the 31st of January 2023 we introduced a 2-year rolling expiry date on Star Points. Therefore, if you had points in your wallet that were older than 2 years these will have been deleted. 

You can view your expiry dates at any point by clicking on the gift icon and selecting ‘Points Expiry’.
