From the Gift Icon area, you will see you have an individual wallet and a you can share your digital rewards with members of the sales management team. This can be an even split across the team or you can set individual amounts to allocate. 

Please note you cannot award yourself money. If you are sharing the £1,000 amongst the team and that includes yourself you should individually allocate funds to each person, leaving the balance for yourself in the wallet. 

We will then have this approved by MBV and transferred into your account. Should you be the only individual in a sales management role then your District Manager will be asked to confirm that you are the correct individual to receive the £1,000.
