Logging in using a Work Account

To log in with your work account, follow these steps:

1. Select 'Log in with your work account' on the log-in page.
2. You will be redirected to sign in with your Single Sign-On (SSO) work credentials.
3. Enter your work username and password - the credentials you use for other sites or services affiliated with your work. This will log you in as usual.

Troubleshooting Issues:

• 2 Step Verification - if logging with your work account details, please contact your internal IT helpdesk directly
• Incorrect password - please ensure you are not being auto-logged in with the incorrect details. If needed, reset your password via your organisation.
• Account not found - raise a ticket to us directly with the below:
  • Screenshot of the error
  • Date/time of attempt
  • The email address you tried to use
