To change your profile picture, simply click on the burger menu in the top right corner of the website. A dropdown menu will appear, you'll then need to look for account & settings and select edit my details. 

From here, you will be able to add your profile picture by selecting the pencil icon within the initials box and selecting the image you wish to use.
